Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Responsibilities Responsible for establishing, building and maintaining strategic relationships between our physicians and their office staff and hospital administration. Promote and market AdventHealth programs and services to physicians and their office staff. Identify and resolve issues that affect our Medical Staff and the effective delivery of health care. Maintain and grow business to AdventHealth from physicians as indicated in volume reports. Respond quickly to issues identified by physicians, communicate to appropriate administrator(s) and respond back to the physician. Implement strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understand profitability, set appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrate positive ROI. Work with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and services, focusing on building AdventHealth's business. Demonstrate skill and persistence in overcoming objections, while identifying and following through with opportunities. Assist with developing, distributing and communicating key information as directed by hospital administration. Identify business opportunities and refer leads to appropriate leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or health science required. Two or more years healthcare or sales experience required. Must possess the ability to implement initiatives strategically with minimal supervision and fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales. Five years of relevant healthcare experience may be substituted for a degree. Florida driver’s license required.
