Marketing Coordinator

The position is responsible for supporting the marketing needs of all departments (Brokerage, Property Management, Asset Management, and Investment) within the Company, with a primary focus on the Brokerage department. The marketing coordinator is a highly motivated, self-starting and creative individual with a passion for content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. This position will provide graphic design services and visual branding for all departments. A successful applicant should be able to multi-task multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment, often requested by several parties. Applicants should also be highly organized with strong customer-service, writing, presentation skills, and have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including those integral to desktop publishing and resource website maintenance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Formulate, develop, and implement the company’s strategic marketing plan (short-term and long-term), based on the established objectives, market characteristics, and within budget.
  • Work with the Brokerage Team to create marketing and manage collateral for all listing and tenant representation assignments (property flyers/brochures, offering memorandums, request for proposals, pitch presentations, etc.).
  • Oversee and delegate the creation and management of all company and property specific websites, including our Company’s website as well as third party listing sites
  • In conjunction with the Brokerage Team, Manage the development of targeted mailing lists for prospective buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants.
  • Manage website content, updates, and upgrades. This includes overseeing digital content creation and distribution of all company marketing collateral, including but not limited to, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, property marketing collateral, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Lead and direct the company’s online presence by utilizing SEO and marketing analytics.
  • Build, manage, and enhance social media platforms.
  • Track and report on metrics for marketing programs.
  • Serve as Creative Director in all branded and marketing designs. Be a thought leader for driving innovation in media and marketing strategies.
  • Edit outgoing marketing materials for company and brand compliance, quality, and consistency.
  • Assist in directing the company culture by organizing and delegating company social events (i.e., Quarterly meetings, employee engagement events, happy hours, etc.) and community outreach.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year Marketing (required), sales, or other related experience at a professional services organization; commercial real estate industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent, and Google Earth.
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Skillful social media usage with an understanding on how to track social media insights and data.
