Junior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Prophet Homes is hiring a Real Estate Junior Transaction Coordinator to join our fast-growing company to assist our California offices!

This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone with experience in real estate transactions, title and escrow coordination, or real estate finance. If you have a background in handling earnest money, closing coordination, and commission or payroll processing, this role is a perfect fit.

As a Junior Transaction Coordinator, you'll support our agents and senior coordinator in managing real estate files from contract to close. You'll help make sure every transaction runs smoothly, every deadline is met, and every document is in place.

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain transaction files in our system
• Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, escrow, and title to collect signatures and documents
• Review contracts, disclosures, and addenda for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure files meet California DRE compliance standards
• Provide regular updates to the senior coordinator and agents on transaction progress
• Help with closing packages, audit prep, and administrative projects as needed
• Accurately close out deals and update all relevant systems and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of real estate, escrow, or administrative support experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Must have an active California Real Estate License
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace, Excel, and Salesforce
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CAR forms or real estate documents is required

Work Environment:

• Remote Position: Must be local to the Los Angeles, CA or Orange County, CA area
• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 9 am to 5 pm PT
