Senior Manager, HR Systems

HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP) seeks a Senior Manager, HR Systems that will lead the strategic implementation of HR technology and oversee workforce data analysis and reporting. This role ensures that HR systems and metrics effectively support both daily operations and long-term objectives. The position is responsible for driving initiatives to optimize and, when needed, redesign HR processes to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the sourcing, selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all HR systems to meet the needs of HXP's and its subsidiaries' global talent footprint. Serve as liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners. Ensure data security & compliance and conduct ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity. Monitor and improve data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or escalated issues that arise regarding systems and data. Perform testing for software upgrades and new module implementation and ensure documentation for knowledge management. Maintain internal database files and tables and develop and run more complex queries, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows (in ERP, Power BI, Power Automation, applicable system).
• Serve as the primary HR Systems point of contact for HXP's ERP system. Lead the HR workstream in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring HR requirements are accurately captured, prioritized, and integrated into the overall ERP design. Coordinate testing, change management, sop development & training, and data migration efforts, and provide guidance on system configuration to align with HR's strategic goals. Function as a liaison between HR, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure smooth and successful deployment, while preparing HR staff for post-implementation adoption and ongoing system optimization.
• Lead initiatives to ensure global employment compliance and to streamline workflows and optimize how HR functional leads (Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Operations) interact with HR systems, automating processes whenever possible. Lead or support workforce data analysis across compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, turnover and career mobility. Develop data collection strategies and deliver dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making by HR and Senior Leadership. Support and/or lead special HR projects as needed.
• Stay informed of industry trends to identify new and more effective HR technologies that meet departmental and organizational needs. Represent HR in IT Governance committee or other applicable committees. Oversee the procurement or development and implementation of new or updated vendors and systems to allow HXP to legally engage with employees across international borders without risk violating employment laws.
• Supervise and develop team members. Make recommendations concerning employment, termination, performance evaluations, salary actions, and other personnel actions. Set team and individual goals. Prioritize, organize, delegate, and coordinate the flow of work. Enhance individual employee performance through frequent and timely communication and support. Less than 10% international travel

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field
• At least 10 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• HR certification preferred.
• Subject matter expert in HR technology and systems. In-depth knowledge of industry trends.
• Excellent project management skills. Training and certification in project management preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to proactively identify opportunities, diagnose problems and develop client-centered and evidence-based solutions.
• Strong management skills. Knowing when to coach, when to advise and when to provide specific direction related to direct reports.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service, relationship building/management and consensus building skills.
• Excellent written, graph design, and verbal communication skills. Able to synthesize substantial amounts of data and visualize insights in a way that non-HR professionals can quickly understand and use to action plan.

Salary Ranges:*

HealthX Partners Incorporated is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows HXP to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.

• For the United States (paid in USD): $111,000 (minimum) - $139,000 (midpoint) - $167,000 (maximum)
• For Kenya (paid in Ksh): Ksh 5,460,000 (minimum) - Ksh 9,100,000 (midpoint) - Ksh 11,830,000 (maximum)
