Job Description
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout the community's common areas and facilities. This role ensures that shared spaces-such as clubhouses, restrooms, hallways, recreational areas, and other community amenities-meet established cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Move dumpsters to designated pickup areas and return them after service
• Ensure dumpsters are properly positioned and secured
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, etc.)
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs
• Lock/unlock doors and secure facilities when required

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE
