We are currently seeking an Intern to join our Charlotte, NC office. If you are pursuing a career in real estate law, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad variety of real estate legal matters , supported by strong training and mentorship in a high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

• Check Distribution - Mail checks after closings, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently.
• Bulk Mailing Management - Oversee the firm's bulk mailing process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of documents.
• Loan Package Handling - Mail completed loan packages to lenders, ensuring compliance with all necessary deadlines and requirements.
• Administrative Support - Assist with general office tasks as needed to support the team and maintain smooth daily operations.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma, currently pursuing a degree in the legal field.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Humble and teachable.
• Strong task management skills with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Customer-centric - the customer always comes first!
• Solution-oriented - excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Technologically savvy
