Your Key Responsibilities

Location: Dover, Ohio

Company Overview: We are thrilled to announce the opening of our cutting-edge E-Mobility facility in Dover, Ohio, and are seeking a visionary HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to innovation and sustainability in the e-mobility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the successful implementation and execution of agreed HR programs, policies, and standards along with operational HR processes.

    • Develop, align, and ensure execution of policies and guidelines, including budget planning and project/resource assignment.

    • Act as a business partner by ensuring that local HR services are utilized efficiently and effectively, meeting the strategic needs of the company.

    • Function as an active member of the HR team, contributing to both operational and administrative tasks that drive organizational success.

    • Lead and develop assigned HR operations and sub-function organizations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

    • Manage relationships with regional, sub-regional, or line management, employees, and external stakeholders, promoting positive engagement and collaboration.

    • Liaise with business or function management, develop tailored HR solutions, and oversee change processes effectively.

    • Actively promote the company and engage in local community business groups, events, and engagements unique to the new Dover location, building strong community ties.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences or related discipline
  • Proven experience in HR management with the ability to implement HR programs and policies.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of developing and managing HR teams and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in acting as a business partner, with a focus on strategic HR service delivery.
  • Experience in managing change processes and developing HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong community engagement skills, with a commitment to fostering local connections.
  • Experience in the e-mobility industry or manufacturing environment is a plus
