Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This strategic role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development to support our operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of HRIS systems, employment law, and talent management strategies to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
