Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Workday HR Consultant
Position type: Full time Contract
Duration: 7+ months contract
Location: Remote
As a Workday HR Consultant, you will:
* HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems.
* This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant.
* Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation.
* Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity.
* Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
* Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions and supporting testing with Workday Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday
* Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
* Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work independently

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
