Senior Manager, Global Security Executive Protection

At PwC, our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimize their property portfolios and maximize returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilize risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work.

The Opportunity

As part of the Global Security Executive Protection team you will develop and enhance a thorough executive protection strategy that safeguards our Senior Partner and other Firm leaders. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to shape security initiatives aligned with the Firm's strategic goals, securing a proactive approach to risk management and crisis response.

Responsibilities

- Work with clients to confirm project alignment with strategic objectives

- Assess and mitigate risks through proactive measures

- Direct crisis response initiatives and training programs

- Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization

- Maintain elevated standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- CPP, PSP, CRM certifications preferred

- Prior law enforcement or military training preferred

- Demonstrating thought leadership in executive protection

- Directing risk assessment and threat analysis efforts

- Developing and implementing security strategies

- Integrating security protocols into broader strategies

- Communicating effectively with leaders and stakeholders

- Analyzing risks and vulnerabilities proactively

- Adapting security strategies to evolving threats

- Understanding budgeting for security operations
