Responsibilities Serve as a Product Manager responsible for developing and delivering software applications for trading and corporate banking businesses including front, middle and back-office functions. Guide every step of the product lifecycle working cross-functionally to drive products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into executable steps. Define technology product vision and align stakeholders around the vision. Develop technology product strategy using user research, market analysis and technical feasibility. Create executable roadmaps to drive product development and manage the product backlog, prioritize deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met. Execute product delivery following agile methodologies, setting and measuring OKRs (objectives and key results). Lead release planning including testing and release communication. Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in the role or related field; or Bachelor’s degree in same fields and five years of experience in the role or related field. Experience with design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma); gathering requirements with Product Managers; collaborating with Engineers to assess feasibility; tracking changes in project management; presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Developing technical product roadmaps and communicating to stakeholders; leading user acceptance testing and scoping test automation; using testing frameworks (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, TOSCA, HPALM, TFS).
