You will design and implement scalable, efficient infrastructure to support our AI agents, ensuring they deliver VIP-level service in every customer interaction. Qualifications Successful candidates should have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing and proficiency in analytics tools are preferred. Strong communication and creative skills are essential. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies. Proficient in frontend frameworks (e.g., React ) and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, with a strong understanding of their deployment and optimization. Strong experience in backend development, including API design, micro services architecture, and working with cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud ). Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences. Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Fast learner with a startup mentality, capable of taking initiative and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications that power AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Implement and integrate AI models, including LLM technologies, to deliver personalized and seamless customer interactions. Build and optimize responsive user interfaces using modern web frameworks while ensuring exceptional user experiences. Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product managers, to innovate and refine AI-powered solutions.
