Food Server Job at YBR Casino & Sports Book

Starting Pay Rate: $10.35 hourly + tips

Day and Swing shift available

As a Food Server at YBR Casino & Sports Book, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You'll work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality in every service.

What does a Food Server do?

• Always provides prompt, courteous and professional food & beverage service to all guests.
• Ensures that areas are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to assigned area.
• Monitors reserved seating and correctly informs guests regarding seating requirements and food and beverage minimum purchases.
• Effectively takes guest orders in a timely manner. Ensures that beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated.

Work Experience:

• Previous tray or food server experience; mandatory.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
• Previous money handling experience required.
• The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
