Covering nearly 1,000 acres, Snake River Sporting Club includes a world class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf ranked second in the state, an equestrian center, first-rate fishing, and a working ranch, offering a unique combination of amenities and experiences. In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is launching a full-service luxury hotel on property, The Sylvan Lodge. Located in the heart of the community, The Sylvan Lodge features hotel rooms and condos with unparalleled access to the outdoors, rooftop patio views, a 10,000-square-foot wellness center and spa, and all the services and amenities expected from a luxury resort. The Sylvan Lodge offers the natural beauty of the area while remaining a tranquil retreat, just a stone's throw from Jackson Hole.

The Role

As one of our Snake River Sporting Club's Food & Beverage Managers, you are the face and host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you work side by side with your team on the floor, engage in high-end service training, and focus on refining the fine details. You are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials, and contribute to wine-pairings, specialty cocktails, and exclusive buyouts. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll, etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the operation of the Restaurants
  • Oversee training and scheduling of staff
  • Assist with inventory, orders, check-in, and pricing
  • Knowledge of activities and amenities at Snake River Sporting Club
  • Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
  • Maintain positive guest relations; resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction


Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks as needed
  • Ability to work any hours/days that the restaurant is open on a rotating shift basis
  • Strong and effective communication
  • Present a professional presentation
  • Strong hospitality skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
