This candidate must be professional, have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic in dealing with our customers. They must also be encouraging and supportive of their staff.

Candidates must have their own transportation and be able to work at any of our locations.

Managing our FLORAL department includes but is not limited to:

• Being knowledgeable in fresh floral design
• Maintaining a clean department
• Managing orders and inventory levels
• Merchandising product
• Stocking product (lifting, bending)
• Maintaining proper product rotation
• Billing and receiving paperwork

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a retail floral shop
• Professional appearance
• Previous management experience an asset.
• Great customer service skills
• Open and flexible availability - including weekends
• Must be able to pass security test & drug screen
• Good communication skills
• Detail orientated
