Job Summary

Best Price Cleaners is seeking a Professional, Experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our Raleigh dry cleaning operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in the dry cleaning or a related service industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Starting Salary | $50,000 per year
Work Schedule | 5 days per week
Daily Hours | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations, ensuring exceptional garment care and quality control.

• Lead, train, and motivate the production and front-of-house teams.

• Oversee customer service interactions and manage client relations.

• Control inventory, manage supply ordering, and maintain equipment.

• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and professional at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the dry cleaning industry.

• Strong understanding of dry cleaning processes, garment care, and stain removal.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a team efficiently and maintain high morale.
