JOB BRIEF
Get ready to step into the inner circle of a high-growth FinTech leader. We're seeking a strategic and trusted Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO of a rapidly scaling company.
This is a role where judgment, precision, and adaptability matter as much as organizational excellence. Based onsite in San Francisco, you'll act as the CEO's right hand-balancing the fast-moving tactical demands of calendar, travel, and communication with the strategic foresight needed to keep leadership aligned and focused.
With a competitive salary of $220K-$250K, plus bonus and equity, this onsite opportunity puts you at the center of decision-making, board-level engagement, and company-defining moments. If you thrive in high-growth environments and love being the steady force that keeps a visionary CEO and leadership team operating at their best-this is your moment.
THE JOB:
  • Calendar & Inbox Management: Handle an active, ever-changing schedule with precision; triage and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Board & Executive Support: Coordinate logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings, Executive Committee sessions, and leadership offsites. Own the details-from scheduling to catering to execution.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, often last-minute, with detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Event Planning: Organize executive dinners, offsites, and team events with creativity and flawless execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and EA team to align priorities and keep leadership operating smoothly.
  • Confidential Support: Discreetly handle sensitive matters, including occasional personal/family logistics.
  • Daily Flow: Anticipate and prepare for the CEO's day-to-day needs-whether that's meeting prep, presentations, or simply ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Tech Savvy: fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms (Concur or similar).
  • Experienced Support: You have 8+ years of experience directly supporting a CEO in a publicly traded company.
  • Effective Communicator: You can effectively "push back" when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace.
  • Masterful Writing: Your written English is impeccable, and your communication skills are confident and precise.
  • Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree, showcasing your academic prowess.

PERKS AND BENEFITS:
In addition to a base salary of $220K-$250K plus bonus and equity, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; a 401k match; generous paid time off; and family-focused benefits like paid parental leave and family planning support. The company also invests in your well-being with wellness stipends and professional development opportunities, all while offering the unique chance to work alongside visionary leaders in a role that provides unmatched impact and exposure.
