We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive staff and physicians. This long-term contract position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize calendars for physicians, including scheduling internal meetings and interviews.
• Coordinate and arrange travel plans, ensuring all details are accurately handled.
• Assist with the preparation and review of contracts and other written documentation.
• Perform secretarial tasks such as printing checks, setting alarms, and deploying technology equipment.
• Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint to support executive staff.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel, including pivot tables.
• Manage office operations and provide support for executive meetings.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.• Proven experience in calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create and analyze reports using Excel pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High-energy, proactive attitude with excellent critical thinking abilities.
• Experience working with confidential information and maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience in reviewing and preparing contracts.
• Willingness to become a notary if not already certified.
