What We Offer

  • What You'll Do

  • Inspect damaged vehicles to assess structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage

  • Prepare accurate estimates using CCC or similar software according to insurance, fleet, and company guidelines

  • Open and manage repair files from start to finish, ensuring all payments are received before closure

  • Assign repair plans and coordinate with the Repair Planner and production team

  • Maintain thorough documentation, including photos, OEM statements, and customer/insurance forms

  • Monitor repair progress, perform quality inspections, and communicate updates to customers and the team

  • Assist with estimating needs during staff transitions or high-volume periods

  • Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision estimating, service writing, or related advisory role

  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures

  • Proficiency in automotive estimating software and standard office technology

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
