Job Description

Summary

Top tier private equity firm is seeking an Employee Engagement Associate to join the HR team. The Associate will work on performance management, talent management, D&I including resource groups, employee and firm philanthropy efforts, employee surveys, new hire orientations, and any projects related to the life cycle of the employees. The Associate will handle extensive written communications around the firm and will engage with employees at all levels, up to and including firm leadership.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2+ years of relevant work experience in a fast paced, high intensity environment, preferably within Human Resources. Must have experience in project coordination or project management. Must have strong technical skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables and V-Lookups). Experience with an HRIS system is a plus. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in business writing. Must be a great problem solver, strong team player, with an ability to work autonomously effectively.

Compensation: $90-120K plus Bonus

4 Days in Office, NYC - Midtown
