We are engineers with deep experience across the product development cycle, from initial ideas to shipping hardware, across industries and specializations, who became frustrated by the cost and complexity of modern manufacturing. So we decided to upgrade it.

About the role:
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving Lumafield’s direct sales efforts across key markets and verticals. You’ll lead a team of account executives, refine the sales motion, and help customers unlock the value of our technology. This is a key leadership role in a high-growth company, ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in both strategy and execution
