About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy CFO to join its management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising financial operations, overseeing accounting staff, and playing a key role in strategic financial planning and analysis. This includes managing financial operations and accounting personnel, developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, performing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and audits. The Deputy CFO will also be involved in allocating capital funds for projects, preparing financial reports for leadership and the board, and liaising with financial institutions and external auditors. Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or business administration, CPA credentials, and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role. Experience in real estate or property management is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership, analytical, and compliance knowledge, who is eager to collaborate with the CFO and grow within the organization. The Deputy CFO will be a key player in the company's financial operations, and as such, the ability to manage financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance for a large company is essential.
