Our dental office is looking to hire an energetic, and outgoing front office receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a long-term position, and the right candidate will be trained to achieve these responsibilities efficiently. This is an entry level position.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mon - Thu
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
-Monitor and execute all patient communications by phone, email, or text.
-Maintain daily office schedule
-Present treatment plans and case information to patients
-All aspects of scheduling and rescheduling appointments
-Assisting patients with general office inquiries
-Updating patients’ information
-Verifying dental insurances prior to patients’ appointment
-Collecting and calculating patient’s copay based on insurance, or self pay
-Must have reliable transportation
-Other administrative duties as assigned based on day-to-day operations
