Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite 4 days a week)

Duration: 12+ Months

Summary: The Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing enterprise information security solutions such as authentication and authorization, public key infrastructure, data loss prevention, and security event information management. This role involves solving complex enterprisescale information security challenges and ensuring robust protection of business data and systems.

The ideal candidate will bring handson expertise in healthcare data systems or claims management platforms, deep technical knowledge of security controls, and the ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, and compliance teams.

Must Have Skills:

• Handson experience with healthcare data systems or claims management platforms
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols , best practices, and perimeter security tools
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) controls, including SAML , OAUTH/OIDC , Active Directory , and role mapping
• Familiarity with event logging , remote access , endpoint management , and mobile device management (MDM)
• Understanding of data protection technologies such as cryptography , tokenization , and hashing
