Customer Service Representative (Hybrid / Remote after training)
Fall River, MA - Two weeks in-house training, then primarily remote
Full-Time | Great Team | Monthly In-Office Collaboration Days

About the Role

Are you someone who loves helping others and finding solutions? Do you take pride in providing great customer experiences? If so, we'd love to have you join our team as a Customer Service Representative!

This position starts with a two-week, in-house training program to set you up for success. Once training is complete, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working primarily from home , with one in-office day each month for team collaboration, connection, and continued training.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. You'll help customers place orders, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every interaction ends with a smile.

Your day will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer service by phone, online chat, and email
  • Listening carefully to customers, identifying needs, and finding the right solutions
  • ⚙ Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolving issues quickly and following up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Recognizing opportunities to share new products or services
  • Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Collaborating with your team and other departments to deliver the best experience possible

Your Background
