Hourly Rate: $14.00
The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Service Representatives skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
The Customer Care Representative handles inbound calls from MTM Members, Clients and Facilities as the frontline representative of MTM. Tasks may vary and increase in complexity as skills progress.
