**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year of related experience.
**Job Description:**
To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.
Job Duties:
+ Coordinates activities of TCHATT project related to scheduling, including scheduling appointments in Epic.
+ Consults with leadership to address customer concerns to determine resolution.
+ Interprets program and services to patient/ responsible party regarding appointment policy and guidelines.
+ Adheres to internal controls established for department.
+ Performs related duties as required. **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong customer service skills.
**Salary Range:**
Commensurate with experience
**EQUIPMENT** : Standard office equipment.
**WORKING ENVIRONMENT** : Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
