Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Procore and other construction management platforms
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Skilled in layout and field coordination
  • Experience working with Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

Responsibilities:

Field Operations & Site Leadership

  • Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are upheld
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
  • Foster a positive and respectful jobsite culture

Project Execution & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-interval lookahead plans
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones
  • Manage daily jobsite logistics, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time to avoid delays and cost overruns

Cost & Quality Control

  • Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to stay within budget
  • Track productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure work aligns with contract documents
  • Enforce site-specific safety plans and lead by example in maintaining a safe jobsite

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all field-related matters
  • Ensure the client’s expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote proactive communication and collaboration among all stakeholders
  • Uphold the company's commitment to professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
