Key Responsibilities
Administrate users and accounts on different platforms.
Facilitate application integration engagement projects between different stakeholders.
Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives and software design.
Create process maps, documentation, and training materials.
Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance.
Facilitate and host training sessions to align internal/external stakeholders and ensure adoption.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between processes and systems.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Familiarity in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPM software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/FSL and Oracle EBS are a plus.
• Exposure to methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
