We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Cloud Engineer / Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on skills in container orchestration, observability, and troubleshooting across public and private cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, support platform reliability, build monitoring dashboards, and ensure optimal performance of Kubernetes and cloud-native workloads.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters across public and private clouds .
Work extensively with RedHat OpenShift and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for container orchestration.
Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana , and other tools.
Build and configure metrics, dashboards, logging, and alerting for cloud-native environments.
Utilize observability platforms such as Splunk and Dynatrace to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of Kubernetes workloads.
Provide customer-facing support, communicating technical solutions clearly and effectively.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in both public and private cloud environments.
Proficiency with RedHat OpenShift and GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) .
Expertise working with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and visualizations.
Good understanding of metrics, dashboards , and ability to configure alerts (preferred).
Experience using observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace for issue analysis.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders.
Experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
Familiarity with cloud-native DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
