About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and long-term goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of talent management, from acquisition to development, engagement, and retention. This includes building and scaling HR systems, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive workplace. The Chief People Officer will also work closely with executive leadership to ensure that the workforce and culture are in sync with the company's values and growth trajectory. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a proven track record in executive-level HR leadership, particularly within fast-growing organizations. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in HR disciplines such as talent, culture, performance, and organizational development. Experience in scaling people operations and implementing company-wide programs is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges with sound judgment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English. Additional European language skills are a plus. The Chief People Officer will also be responsible for overseeing the People/HR team, so experience in team development and leadership is necessary.
