The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing key back-office operations, including finance, IT, and HR. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' related experience, including leadership within the construction industry. The role requires a proven ability to analyze complex financial statements, a deep understanding of project accounting, and strong expertise in financial planning and strategy development. Experience in contract negotiation, insurance management, and a track record of building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions are essential.
