Position Summary The Car Wash Attendant will have a variety of duties, starting with greeting the customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. They will also ensure that all vehicles get onto the conveyor smoothly before they are guided through the carwash, perform routine maintenance checks of the car wash, provide information to customers regarding several carwash packages, and more. Guide customers onto the car wash conveyor, ensuring their vehicle is properly aligned and prepared for the wash process. Provide information on our various car wash packages and upsell additional services as appropriate. Operate the car wash equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company guidelines and procedures. Perform regular equipment maintenance checks, notifying management of any issues or concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the tunnel, equipment room, and customer areas. Assist with opening and closing procedures, as well as daily cash handling and reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive working environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and vehicles. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintains a professional appearance Other duties as assigned. Pay: $17.00/ hour Schedule: Full-time - Monday through Sunday rotating schedule Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or car wash experience is a plus, but not required.
