\n\nYou will:\nPull and route CAT5 or CAT 6 cable in schools, data centers, or new construction commercial environment\nTerminate phone jacks\nDress and terminate distribution frames (66 or 110 blocks, patch panels)\nTest cable/troubleshoot networking issues\nInstall support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks)\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nA cable technician or cable installer \nOwnership of basic cabling tools and PPE: punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, hard hat, boots, safety glasses, etc.\nFamiliarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA or NEC Standards a plus\nMust adhere to OSHA safety standards\nMust be familiar with standard color codes
