About the Role:

As a Breakfast Server at Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve breakfast in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all food and beverage items meet our high standards of quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, you will engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or special requests they may have. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
  • Assist with restocking food items and supplies as needed throughout the breakfast service.
