We are seeking Automotive Technicians of all skill levels to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and passionate about diagnosing and repairing today’s complex vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Skill Level)

  • Diagnose and repair transmissions (automatic, manual, CVT) as well as engines, drivetrains, and related systems
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and computer-based diagnostics using scan tools and diagnostic software
  • Troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
  • Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and company standards
  • Document findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and best practices
  • Senior and Master-level technicians may mentor junior technicians and assist with advanced diagnostics

 

Qualifications & Experience

We encourage candidates with a range of experience levels to apply:

Entry to mid-level technicians:

  • 3+ years of hands-on automotive or diagnostic experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proficiency with OBD-II scanners and diagnostic tools (or willingness to learn)

Advanced or Master Technicians:

  • ASE Certification(s) strongly preferred; Master Technician certification a plus
  • 5–8+ years of advanced diagnostic and repair experience
  • Deep knowledge of transmission systems, driveline components, and vehicle electronics
  • Proven problem-solving and leadership skills

Additional Requirements (All Levels):

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications

  • Hourly pay up to $45–$55/hr for ASE Master Technicians
