Job Description

A K-12 educational institution in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to join their team for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with students of varying abilities, creating inclusive physical education programs that foster growth, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized physical education curricula tailored to students with diverse needs, collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure accommodations are met, and monitoring student progress to adjust instruction accordingly. Effective communication with parents and other stakeholders to promote student engagement and success is also essential.
